About the role

One Advisors is a boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong organic growth. The company partners with leading clients to connect them with top talent, offering consultants the chance to thrive on their own terms.

Key responsibilities

Match top talent with clients in assigned markets, acting as a full‑cycle recruitment consultant.
Source candidates through cold calling, referrals, social media and networking.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs.
Provide market insights and recruitment guidance to both candidates and clients.
Maintain and update the candidate database, aligning profiles with opportunities.
Identify and develop new client relationships to drive business development.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients to streamline the process.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven track record of successful placements.
