About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Selby Jennings, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and placing top‑tier talent for clients operating within the financial services sector. Leveraging market insights and a consultative approach, you will help drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build client base by prospecting, pitching recruitment services and delivering tailored talent solutions.
• Source and engage mid‑to senior‑level candidates across investment management, banking, wealth management and related areas.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
• Lead offer negotiations and guide both sides through the placement process.
