Recruitment Consultant – Mid to Senior (Listed MNC)

About the role

HRnet One is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join its Hong Kong team. You will work on end‑to‑end recruitment projects for a range of industries, helping clients secure top talent while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for local and regional assignments, from brief to offer.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to advise clients on talent availability.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match client requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts through proactive relationship management.

Required profile

• Strong passion for people and a curiosity about market trends.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Business development mindset with networking abilities.
• Open to junior candidates; fresh graduates may be considered as Associate Consultants.
