About the role
A leading real estate organisation seeks a Learning & Development Manager in Hong Kong to drive talent development, leadership programmes and capability frameworks to build a future‑ready talent pipeline. The role is a strategic business partner responsible for end‑to‑end design of learning programs, interactive facilitation, vendor management and talent frameworks, including the Management Trainee Program.
Key responsibilities
- Conceptualise, design and implement end‑to‑end learning programs and capability frameworks, blending technology with experiential and classroom solutions.
- Serve as primary internal consultant and workshop facilitator, delivering leadership, soft‑skill and core‑competency programmes to mid‑level management and staff.
- Own and lead the corporate Management Trainee Program, partnering with HR Business Partners and hiring managers on recruitment, rotations, mentorship and career pathways.
- Drive talent review processes, competency mapping and high‑potential identification to build robust succession pipelines.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate with and manage external training providers to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery.
- Establish performance metrics and analytics to track engagement, measure ROI and present data‑backed insights to executive leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Professional coaching or facilitation certifications (e.g., ICF, MBTI, DISC) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive L&D and talent management experience, with proven team‑leadership.
- Deep knowledge of instructional design frameworks and interactive learning methodologies.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin highly preferred.

- Strong proficiency with HRIS/LMS platforms.
- Data analytics to translate learning metrics into actionable insights.
- Expertise in instructional design frameworks.
