Recruitment Researcher

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Researcher to join our team during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you will play an important part in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential candidates. You will understand candidates' career needs, assess their suitability for relevant opportunities, and work closely with our internal consultants to introduce qualified candidates to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Candidate Engagement: Proactively connect with prospective candidates and leads through our existing database and online platforms.
• Candidate Needs Analysis: Build rapport with candidates, ask relevant questions, and understand their experience, career goals, and requirements to identify suitable opportunities.
• Candidate Qualification: Assess and shortlist candidates based on their suitability for available roles and collaborate with consultants on candidate introductions.
• Target Achievement: Work towards and consistently achieve assigned monthly performance targets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles, records, and interaction notes within the CRM.
• Objection Handling: Confidently address candidate questions or concerns, overcome objections, and turn conversations into potential opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with relevant transferable skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• A confident and professional telephone manner, with the ability to handle complex conversations.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong drive to achieve or exceed targets.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English.
