Regional Account Manager – Travel Industry

About the role

BCD Travel is seeking a Regional Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of regional travel accounts. You will be responsible for client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, and driving revenue growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional communication for both BCD Travel and client initiatives.
• Manage new business implementations and ensure client expectations are met.
• Measure and report SLAs and KPIs at a regional level.
• Develop business plans to increase profitability through up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Select and implement technology tools and processes to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with key decision‑makers across the region.
• Conduct client business reviews and deliver regular financial reporting.

Required profile

• Prior experience in travel management or related business travel account management.
• Proven ability to manage large market or regional clients.
• Strong knowledge of business travel operations and industry technology.
• Demonstrated success in building and growing customer portfolios.
• Highly proficient written and spoken English.
