Regional Head of Front Office Operations – APAC

About the role

Invesco is seeking a strategic leader to head Front Office Operations across the APAC region. Reporting to global functional leaders, the Regional Head will ensure end‑to‑end operational support for the asset‑management business, aligning execution with global standards and regional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee performance and results of Front Office Operations teams across APAC.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and drive execution of regional business plans.
• Develop and implement operational plans for portfolio implementation, platform management and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in Investment, Product, Risk, Technology and Operations.
• Represent the region in global governance forums and drive alignment with global strategy.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in front‑office or operational leadership within asset management or a related financial services sector.
• Proven ability to lead matrixed teams across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of investment lifecycle, platform stability and regulatory environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
