About the role
We are seeking a Regional IT Support Specialist to deliver first‑ and second‑level technical assistance across our APAC offices. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting, asset management, and collaboration with infrastructure and security teams to ensure seamless IT services for a multinational professional services firm.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑ and second‑level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, telephony systems, collaboration platforms and business applications.
- Log, diagnose and resolve incidents, service requests and escalations via the IT Service Management platform, keeping users informed.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and access issues for both onsite and remote users.
- Support conference‑room AV equipment, video‑conferencing systems and workplace collaboration solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, procedures and knowledge‑base articles.
- Enforce information‑security policies, user‑access controls and identity verification.
- Manage the full IT‑asset lifecycle: procurement coordination, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, refreshes and secure disposal.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup and technology training.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application teams on upgrades, testing and project delivery.
- Travel regularly across APAC offices to provide onsite support, perform equipment refreshes and ensure consistent service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of IT support experience in a multinational corporation, professional‑services environment or large enterprise.
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are highly desirable.
- Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to travel frequently across APAC and work outside standard business hours when required.

- Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Microsoft 365 suite (including advanced Word)
- Citrix virtual‑desktop and remote‑access technologies
- Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange administration
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Desktop and laptop hardware installation, imaging and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of enterprise document‑management, PDF and collaboration tools
