Regional Senior HR Manager – North Asia

About the role

The Regional Senior Manager / Manager, Human Resources – North Asia will act as a strategic HR Business Partner for the region, supporting multiple countries across the full HR spectrum. You will work closely with regional and country leadership to execute HR strategies, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional and country management on workforce planning, organization design and talent strategies.
• Provide HR advisory services to improve business performance and operational excellence.
• Support employee relations, performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver timely, quality hiring and succession planning.
• Work with Global Total Rewards and country HR teams on salary benchmarking, annual reviews and incentive programs.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, culture‑building and leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across all North Asia markets.
• Participate in regional and global HR transformation projects, including technology implementation and process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience at a manager level.
• Proven experience partnering with business leaders in a multi‑site or regional environment.
