Sales & Account Manager

About the role

Marvelsoft, headquartered in Hong Kong, is hiring a Sales & Account Manager. The role covers the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, new client onboarding and ongoing management of existing accounts, from first contact and requirement qualification through technical proposals and closing to post-sale follow-up such as handling new feature requests.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development throughout the sales cycle
• Understand the product and infrastructure needs of a wide range of clients and prospects
• Analyse competitors and identify sales opportunities
• Research and identify potential accounts, build rapport, provide technical information and prepare quotations
• Develop and maintain sales documentation and presentations
• Track and validate projects internally
• Meet set sales KPI targets
• Maintain current client relationships with the customer support team
• Keep up technical product knowledge and global financial market awareness

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience or certification, ideally in finance or computer science
• Excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of Mandarin is a great plus
• Passion for technology and finance
• Organised, responsive and able to work in a multicultural environment
• Resourceful, self-reliant and good at critical thinking and problem solving
