Senior Manager, Sales Support

About the role

This role supports the Hong Kong Partnership Development Team in client and product-related activities, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and regions such as the Retail Sales Fulfillment, Client Portfolio Management, Investment, Product Development, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Operations and Client Reporting teams. It ensures effective delivery of the sales strategy and collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Client Advisors on managing client inquiries.
• Prepare materials for client pitches and work with Client Advisors on customized solutions.
• Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI).
• Work with internal stakeholders to initiate and implement onboarding documentation for product onboarding.
• Coordinate end-to-end client functions, including meetings, conference calls, events and presentations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on product content for sales summaries, brochures and articles.
• Provide customer service support including KYC review, Firm Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) preparation and client onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of client services or sales support experience in asset management firms or financial institutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment, good interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends when event schedules require.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of asset management investment products and business nuances.
• Knowledge of Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg and Salesforce is an advantage.
