Sales Associate (Full-Time)

About the role

The Sales Associate drives store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission. You will create authentic, organic interactions with guests, educate them on products, community, and culture, and work closely with the leadership team to meet store goals.

Key responsibilities

• Impact the business positively by aligning with store leadership and company objectives.
• Drive and exceed sales targets through ALO’s Flow initiatives and efficient productivity.
• Engage customers, providing a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment and building daily client relationships.
• Analyse reports with leadership to strategise actions, address deficiencies and highlight growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective floor coverage, develop workforce solutions, and lead selling initiatives.
• Educate guests and staff on product features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care.
• Process shipments, manage visual merchandising, and maintain daily replenishment excellence.
• Maintain front‑ and back‑of‑house procedures in line with company policies.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client‑centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles and self‑motivation to achieve results.
• Physical ability to lift 10‑15 kg, stand for long periods, and perform typical retail duties.
