Sales Associate – Luxury Retail (Hong Kong Airport)

About the role

Hermès is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to represent the brand at its store within Hong Kong International Airport. You will deliver the highest standards of service and uphold the iconic Hermès image while engaging with a diverse, international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Drive all sales activities in the store, adhering to Hermès global standards of image and service.
• Identify customer needs, develop relationships, and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining deep product knowledge and operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and special projects as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail management or operations experience in luxury brands or a comparable role.
• Strong motivation to become a Hermès Ambassador and deliver excellent customer service.
• Commitment to teamwork and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.
