Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will support the sales team at Kowloon Shangri‑La, Hong Kong by coordinating daily sales activities and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on driving revenue growth within the China market and enhancing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the COE Sales team with commercial sales activities, account servicing and business development across designated market segments.
• Support the Department Head in executing sales plans, account strategies and achieving revenue targets.
• Identify and develop business opportunities within the China market and nurture strong client relationships.
• Help plan and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and budgets.
• Coordinate familiarisation trips (FAM) to increase business exposure.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication of sales activities and bookings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, events management or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant hotel sales experience; background in reservations or front‑office operations is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated team player with strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to use Chinese word‑processing software.
