Sales Executive – Medical Devices (Hong Kong)

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Hong Kong team. You will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of medical devices, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit existing and prospective customers on a regular schedule to present products and services.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as defined with the manager.
• Develop the market for both existing and new products, using tools such as consignment.
• Provide on‑site technical training and support to customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments and clinical staff.
• Participate in meetings, conferences and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific offerings.
• Collect and analyse market feedback, preparing regular reports for management.
• Represent Boston Scientific’s values and integrity in all interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in medical device sales or a related industry; candidates with less experience may apply to the 10‑month Sales Trainee Program.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision.
