Sales Executive – MTR & Airport Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing MTR and Airport Express advertising team in Hong Kong. You will help expand our out‑of‑home (OOH) and digital OOH (DOOH) portfolio by securing new advertisers and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across MTR and Airport Express advertising platforms to meet aggressive sales targets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and onboarding of new advertisers.
• Deliver exceptional account servicing and foster strong relationships with local and international clients and media agencies.
• Present and promote our full suite of digital and data‑driven advertising solutions to key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing and Project teams to ensure smooth delivery of standard and bespoke campaigns.
• Support ad‑hoc and special sales projects as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in media sales, account management or business development; fresh graduates are also considered.
• Proven B2B sales experience in a fast‑paced environment with a track record of building a healthy pipeline.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to deliver persuasive pitches to senior stakeholders.
• Target‑driven, resilient, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (reading and writing).
