About the role
The Senior Account Manager, Employee Benefits will report to the Assistant Account Director and deliver high‑quality broking services to corporate clients, driving growth and ensuring smooth renewal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high quality broking services to existing and potential corporate clients
- Achieve business growth by penetrating current portfolio and acquiring new prospects
- Liaise with insurers and service providers to ensure smooth renewal processes
- Deliver client services including claims data analytics and proposal preparation
- Support special projects assigned by the supervisor
Required profile
- Diploma or higher with 7‑10 years experience in Employee Benefits, preferably in insurance broking or an insurance company
- Passed IIQE Paper I, II, III, IV & IIV (preferred)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Effective interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
- Willingness to attend client meetings, employee briefing sessions, group events and industry events
