Senior Client Manager, Health & Benefits

About the role

Mercer is seeking a Senior Client Manager for Health & Benefits to join its MMB team in Hong Kong. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office and focuses on supporting multinational clients across Asia‑Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main client and internal point of contact for APAC employee health and benefits management.
• Design and develop client‑management tools to ensure effective oversight of accounts.
• Execute global benefit strategies, including financing through pooling, captives and insurance programs.
• Manage client escalations and provide strategic consulting to support sustainable plans.
• Contribute to business development activities and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• 8+ years of broking experience in health, life and disability.
• Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and handle complex demands.
• Strong project‑management and operational skills with experience in process building.
• Excellent analytical abilities and a self‑starter attitude.
• Experience working across multiple countries is a plus.
