Senior Data Consultant – Architecture, Modelling & Products

About the role

Join Capco's Data & Analytics practice to help leading financial institutions unlock the value of their data. As a Senior Data Consultant you will design and deliver modern data capabilities, combining technical expertise with consulting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise data architectures, logical and physical data models, and scalable data solutions aligned to business strategy.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and implement high‑value data products and data‑driven capabilities.
• Lead or contribute to data transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, modern data platforms and data governance.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical, sustainable data solutions using industry best practices.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to the growth of Capco's Data & Analytics practice.

Required profile

• Experience delivering data architecture, data modelling, data engineering or data product initiatives within consulting or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies and enterprise data management principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Curiosity, adaptability and passion for solving complex business problems through innovative data solutions.
