About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist will lead B2B digital campaigns to generate qualified leads. Working closely with local sales teams, you will optimise Google Ads performance and refine targeting based on market feedback.

Key responsibilities

Design, launch and manage B2B Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research and ad copy creation.
Monitor lead‑generation pipelines, collaborate with sales to track progression and gather feedback.
Analyse campaign data to optimise performance and adjust audience targeting.
Provide insights on market trends to improve overall demand‑generation strategy.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting serving B2B clients.
Proven experience with search engine marketing platforms, especially Google Ads.
Experience working directly with sales teams or in client‑facing roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

Google Ads platform.
Keyword research and ad copy development.
Basic HTML and CSS.
Familiarity with CMS platforms.
