Senior E-commerce Manager – HK.com

About the role

Join Nike’s HK.com team as a senior commercial professional responsible for driving financial goals and advancing Nike Direct strategy in Hong Kong and Macau. You will oversee daily store operations, shape online sales strategies and collaborate across multiple functions to enhance the digital customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the HK.com store, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory, pricing and content.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet online sales, traffic, conversion, retention and revenue targets.
• Lead site merchandising, product storytelling and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Oversee online execution of campaigns, seasonal launches and promotional events.
• Leverage the membership program to boost retention, repeat purchases and customer reactivation through segmentation and automated journeys.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to align digital roadmaps, brand guidelines and inventory turnover plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in e‑commerce, digital marketing, business administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proven ability to embrace change, act courageously and work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
