Senior Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Executive will support our Hong Kong and Macau operations by advising line managers on compensation, performance, and employee relations, while driving staff engagement and upholding company values.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for line managers on compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations for both Hong Kong and Macau.
• Calculate and administer monthly variable pay and incentives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal audit and principal requirements.
• Conduct regular pulse checks on staff morale and organise engagement activities to boost employee satisfaction.
• Manage full‑cycle HR operations—including onboarding, off‑boarding, grievance handling, and disciplinary cases—and produce monthly HR reports.
• Oversee imported labour and apprentice programmes in line with local regulations and company policies.
• Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals and audit standards.
• Assist the HR Manager on special projects such as talent management, development initiatives, incentive scheme reviews, and policy updates.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with compensation & benefits or generalist exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and Macau employment ordinances.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Chinese word‑processing capability.
