Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing team drives brand love, acquisition and engagement to build long‑term advocacy. We seek an autonomous, data‑driven marketer with 4+ years of experience to lead multi‑channel content, high‑impact events and strategic partner coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Google and other platforms, ensuring brand alignment and lead generation.
• Manage relationships with creative, media and PR agencies, oversee press releases, media test drives and co‑marketing initiatives with external partners.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of experiential events such as new‑car launches, test‑drive events and showroom visibility programs.
• Analyse social, website and event data to validate campaign performance, propose ROI‑driven concepts and optimise future initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing, digital communications or campaign management experience, preferably in automotive, lifestyle or fast‑paced sectors.
• Background in an agile environment (e.g., social/creative agencies or multi‑vendor platforms).
• Strong data‑informed decision‑making, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive self‑starter with meticulous attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
