Senior Options Trader

About the role

G-20 Group, a cross‑asset trading firm headquartered in Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Senior Options Trader for its Hong Kong office. You will lead the development and optimisation of options trading strategies across global markets, working closely with quantitative analysts and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise options trading strategies across global markets.
• Analyse market data and quantitative models to identify profitable opportunities.
• Monitor and manage risk exposures in line with firm protocols.
• Collaborate with data scientists, quants and other traders to refine algorithms.
• Execute trades, manage positions and ensure optimal liquidity.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field from a top‑tier university.
• Minimum 7 years of options trading experience with a proven PnL track record (> $2 M for over 3 years).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience mentoring junior traders and contributing to team development.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python or C++ (preferred).
• Deep understanding of options pricing, volatility and risk management.
