Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

We are a design‑led studio specializing in high‑quality commercial and workplace interiors. The Senior Project Manager will own the full lifecycle of interior fit‑out projects, from concept development through to successful handover, ensuring they meet schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of interior fit‑out projects, managing programme, cost and site execution.
• Maintain exceptional quality, safety and regulatory compliance on all site activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth handover.
• Resolve technical and on‑site issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer complaints with timely, effective solutions.
• Prepare drawings, documentation and statutory submissions.
• Oversee project documentation, facilitate meetings and produce management reports.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services or Project Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial or workplace interior fit‑out.
• Strong technical capability in tendering, cost control and site management.
• Familiarity with DMC, BMO and tenancy coordination processes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Knowledge of LEED or ISO standards is a plus.
