Senior Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will lead the first line of defence for quality within the Capital Works Business Unit (CWBU). You will drive the continuous improvement of the Project Integrated Management System and ensure high‑quality governance across major construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA professionals to deliver robust quality assurance for CWBU projects.
• Plan, develop, implement, review and improve the Project Integrated Management System (PIMS) to meet project objectives.
• Provide strategic updates, trend analyses, risk insights and KPI reports to senior management.
• Facilitate digitalisation of QA tools and create best‑in‑class QA dashboards.
• Maintain corporate governance in QA, identify system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support audit schedule planning and conduct independent reviews of quality plans.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments, to monitor and implement improvement actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of quality management experience in a major construction environment.
• Professional qualification in BIM or Information Management (e.g., Chartered Quality Institute) is preferred.
• Proven leadership with strong communication and English report‑writing skills.
