Senior Quality Assurance Specialist – Electrical

About the role

As a key member of the Power Tools, SDA, or Consumer Electronics team, you will ensure product safety and quality for millions of households. Working from our new eco‑friendly office at Airside, Kai Tak, you will partner closely with the Quality Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver compliant, high‑standard products.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with 3rd‑party laboratories in Europe, Asia and the USA on testing requirements and issues.
• Manage the QA process to guarantee product certification, testing reports and inspections are completed on schedule.
• Escalate critical issues to the line manager and coordinate corrective action plans with labs and suppliers.
• Conduct proof checks on artwork, manuals and packaging, and analyse test failures to recommend improvements.
• Provide clear updates to Merchandising, Product Development and Artwork teams on safety/quality matters.
• Develop and train team members, fostering a proactive, solution‑oriented communication culture.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, QC or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, hardgoods or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese and German are advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of power tools, SDA or consumer electronic products.
• Experience with 3rd‑party testing laboratories or European retail environments.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
