Senior Service Desk Engineer – Hong Kong

About the role

Equiom is looking for a Senior Service Desk Engineer to become the primary IT support contact for its Hong Kong and Singapore offices. You will deliver first‑ and second‑line support, act as an escalation point for complex issues, and help maintain a secure, reliable and modern technology environment across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line support for end‑user devices, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and access‑related problems and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating with global IT teams.
• Manage user onboarding, off‑boarding, patching and access‑management activities.
• Monitor system performance, maintain stability and security, and update tickets in ServiceNow.
• Participate in on‑call support and occasional travel to support business‑critical systems.
