Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of enterprise cloud solutions for a large-scale, mission‑critical environment. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient platforms built on AWS and Kubernetes.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise cloud platforms using AWS and Kubernetes.
• Define and promote architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for cloud‑native development.
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Design microservices‑based architectures ensuring high availability and operational excellence.
• Drive Infrastructure‑as‑Code, automation, and CI/CD practices to improve deployment efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements in cloud environments.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Solutions Architect in large enterprises.
• Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture for complex environments.
• AWS Solutions Architect certification preferred.
• CKA or CKAD certification preferred.

Required skills

• AWS services: EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, Terraform.
• Kubernetes architecture, deployment, scaling, security, and operations.
• Helm, Istio, Operators, and container ecosystem technologies.
• Microservices, APIs, event‑driven architecture design.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code expertise with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD pipeline creation using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline.
• Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Cloud security, IAM, network security, Kubernetes RBAC.
