About the role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will drive talent acquisition strategies across Surbana Jurong’s global business units. Working closely with hiring managers, you will support all recruitment needs, act as a trusted advisor, and help shape the company’s growth in the engineering and professional services sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection for multiple roles within the assigned market(s).
- Proactively source candidates using a mix of channels in line with Surbana Jurong’s sourcing framework.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to enhance the employer brand.
- Lead recruitment initiatives such as employer branding campaigns, internships, career fairs, and campus talks.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in specialist recruitment, preferably within engineering consultancy, professional services, or an agency environment.
- Proven ability to develop and sustain internal and external client networks.
- Strong consulting mindset with a solution‑driven approach.
- Hands‑on experience with Workday is a plus.
- Highly proactive, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
