Senior Technician – Front Line Maintenance Team

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technician to lead our Front Line Maintenance Team, responsible for maintaining all facility systems and equipment across stations and ancillary buildings. The role involves overseeing daily maintenance activities, investigating failures, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff to perform maintenance activities for all facility maintenance systems and equipment.
• Monitor maintenance contractors’ quality, safety and performance, and coordinate corrective and remedial works on site.
• Assist in preparing maintenance documentation related to safety, quality and environmental issues.
• Perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays as required.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Building Services Engineering with at least 4 years’ relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role (or equivalent diploma with 6 years’ experience).
• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered.
