Senior Workday Success Plans Consultant (Core HCM)

About the role

We are seeking people who love to help customers overcome HR technology challenges and who feel rewarded by driving high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate helps people understand tough concepts and facilitates collaboration on effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quickly understand business requirements.
• Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities, benefits and risks.
• Support multiple customers concurrently on short‑duration projects and help them become self‑sufficient.
• Partner with Engagement Managers to deliver workshops, functional reviews, health checks and other adoption services.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HCM software support or consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects.
• 5+ years of experience with HCM systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle or JD Edwards.
• 5+ years of experience in Core HCM, Security, Compensation, Payroll, Absence or Time Tracking.
• 5+ years of Workday consulting experience or as a Workday SME.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; ability to travel up to 10%.
