SEO Specialist

About the role

As an SEO Specialist for Aspire USA, you will drive organic growth across traditional search and emerging AI‑driven discovery. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you will take initiatives from research through execution, measurement and reporting while collaborating with content, web, product marketing and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute on‑page, technical, content and off‑page SEO priorities with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct keyword, SERP, competitor and performance research to uncover organic opportunities and present clear recommendations.
• Optimize website content and entry points for search intent, relevance, discoverability and user experience.
• Monitor organic performance, investigate issues, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Perform SEO audits and QA to resolve crawlability, indexation, site structure, metadata and structured‑data issues.
• Build reporting and visualisations that communicate trends, insights and areas needing attention.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a strong understanding of how organic search drives business growth.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve problems with data and proactively surface issues and opportunities.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, large‑dataset analysis).
• Experience with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript and CMS environments.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search concepts (AEO, GEO, AI Overviews) and responsible use of AI tools for productivity.
