SEO Strategy Manager – Direct & Digital Distribution

About the role

Develop and execute SEO strategies for the corporate website, covering on‑page optimisation, site‑structure enhancements and off‑page initiatives, while optimising content for AI‑driven search engines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse target customer search behaviour and intent, define content strategies and guide the content team to produce SEO‑aligned assets.
• Optimise content visibility across AI search platforms such as Perplexity, ChatGPT Search and Google AI Overviews using formats like Q&A, listicles and definitions.
• Monitor website performance with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and other tools; prepare regular reports on traffic, rankings and CTR.
• Lead annual SEO/GEO initiatives, allocate resources, review deliverables and drive project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years full‑time SEO experience, including at least 2 years in financial services or insurance.
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong market and its regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated successful SEO case studies and experience leading major SEO projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Ability to build dashboards independently and translate data into actionable insights.
• Hands‑on experience applying GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI‑search optimisation techniques.
