Specialist, Workplace Experience & Office Management

About the role

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Specialist to drive workplace experience and office management across its offices. You will ensure facilities run smoothly, support employee journeys and help maintain a vibrant, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of facilities functionality, office cleanliness, and operational continuity across office spaces.
• Oversee Workplace and People Experience budget in line with People & Culture strategic direction.
• Standardize corporate inventory tracking, safeguard and purchase company assets, and produce regular operational reports for management review.
• Partner with People & Culture functions to deliver positive employee journeys, execute corporate events, engagement activities, and executive scheduling.
• Support lease management activities and real‑estate transitions.
• Handle any other ad‑hoc Workplace and People Experience tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office management role, preferably in an MNC or sizeable company.
• Flexible, multi‑tasking, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administration, organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Self‑starter, solution‑focused, proactive with a can‑do attitude.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Team player able to work independently and with a small, growing team.
