Sr Field Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Field Service Technician to service and maintain Honeywell and third‑party equipment, ensuring reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day servicing, calibrations, diagnostics and repairs of air‑conditioning and mechanical equipment.
• Estimate material costs and quantities, and manage financial control within agreed budgets.
• Maintain site‑specific documentation, quality‑assurance records and report performance indicators.
• Interact directly with client representatives to ensure satisfaction and deliver value.
• Provide on‑call support outside normal hours as per roster.
• Report near‑misses, incidents and conduct hazard and risk assessments for all tasks.

Required profile

• Degree, Higher Certificate or Higher Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of project/maintenance service experience (minimum 1–2 years for Higher Diploma/Certificate holders).
• Proven project‑management track record.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Honeywell systems or similar industrial equipment.

Required skills

• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
• Calibration and maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic software programming and computer networking.
• Typing skills.
