Store General Manager – Lee Gardens II

About the role

The Store General Manager will act as the business owner for the Lee Gardens II location, leading all aspects of store performance and culture. You will drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence while embodying ALO’s mission of mindful movement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure merchandising standards.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales, operations and visual team.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to maintain inventory accuracy and visual standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and manage talent pipelines.

Required profile

• 7+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift, move and stand for extended periods, including handling up to 50 lb.
