Tech Recruiter – up to HK$100,000/month base + bonus

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to lead the full‑cycle hiring process for technical positions supporting a top‑tier US buyside firm. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical roles, from intake to offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑find talent using Boolean searches, outreach, referrals, events, and communities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline across priority skill sets such as backend, data engineering, cloud, and security.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates for technical competency, leadership fit, and impact.
• Coordinate interview loops with engineering, data, security, product, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent evaluation and timelines.
• Provide market insights and recruiting metrics to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Maintain strong candidate experience standards through clear communication, feedback loops, and timely updates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to improve processes, tooling, and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a technical recruiting capacity (in‑house or agency).
• Open to candidates currently based in New York or London markets.
