Vendor Training Learning Platform Lead (LMS)

About the role

The Vendor Training Learning Platform Lead will own the launch, scaling and continuous improvement of lululemon’s Learning Management System (LMS) for finished‑goods and raw‑materials vendors. Reporting to the Manager, Vendor Training, the role ensures high‑quality support for all LMS users in vendor facilities and drives strategic expansion of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and administration of the vendor LMS infrastructure.
• Support the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Programs Change and Training with LMS implementation projects.
• Develop and enforce policies for user‑account lifecycle, role‑based access, content management and platform utilization.
• Maintain organizational structures, content standards, workflows and content‑management strategy within the LMS.
• Define content lifecycle policies, including approval processes, version control, archiving and periodic reviews.
• Create migration roadmaps and phased implementation plans to transition from legacy systems.
• Assist with learning content uploads, tagging, testing and troubleshooting.
• Oversee LMS service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and a high‑quality user experience.
• Support the development of service‑level agreements (SLAs) and documentation best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in LMS administration and e‑learning instructional design.
• Strong understanding of vendor training environments and supply‑chain contexts.
• Excellent organizational and policy‑development skills.
• Ability to manage content lifecycle and drive continuous platform improvement.
