Waiter/Waitress (Chinese & Western Cuisine)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic waitstaff to join a prestigious private club in Hong Kong, serving both Chinese and Western cuisine. The role involves greeting members and guests, delivering high‑standard food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly with a friendly smile and courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards.
• Ensure tables and chairs are clean, properly set, and ready for seating.
• Handle guest enquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Explain menu items clearly and accurately when required.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a club or food & beverage service environment (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Customer‑oriented team player.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese proficiency.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
