About the role

The Grand Club Lounge at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress staff to deliver premium service to guests enjoying the lounge’s panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. This role involves providing attentive, courteous service throughout the day and evening, ensuring every guest experience aligns with the hotel’s high brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the Grand Club Lounge with consistency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of service and maximise guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations and equipment, adhering to ISO22000 hygiene standards.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, aiming to exceed expectations.

Required profile

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a service‑oriented environment such as hospitality or food & beverage.
• Strong communication abilities and high proficiency in language skills.
• Team‑player attitude, customer‑focused, attentive and hospitable.
