职位概况

负责海外区公司整体财务管理，涵盖体系建设、预算、核算、税务及信息化等工作，需具备丰富的财务管理经验和跨语言沟通能力。

主要职责

全面负责海外区公司财务体系建设，主持财务管理及内部控制工作。
组织编制并执行年度业务规划和预算。
管理日常财务核算、商务结算及资金运作。
负责税务筹划、税务风险管控及税务合规。
推动财务流程化、信息化、数智化建设。
管理并培养财务团队成员。

任职要求

财经类相关专业本科及以上学历，中级会计师以上职称，具注册会计师资格优先。
8年以上财务工作经验，5年以上管理岗位经验，具海外公司财务工作经历。
性格积极外向，善于沟通，具成熟的财务管理方法。
工作严谨有原则，职业道德良好，无不良记录。
英文、中文流利，可作为工作语言。

必备技能

熟练使用各类财务软件及办公软件。
