Financial Controller APAC

About the role

The Financial Controller APAC will oversee financial performance, governance and reporting across APAC markets, providing insights to support business decisions and ensuring data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities in line with group and local deadlines.
• Prepare clear, accurate management reports, presentations and financial analyses for senior management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and medium‑term planning processes, consolidating inputs from all APAC markets.
• Consolidate financial data in Hyperion and other reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances against budget, forecast and prior periods, and track key KPIs.
• Partner with business functions to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions and translate results into actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, support SAP transformation projects and promote data quality and standardisation.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Significant experience in financial controlling, financial planning & analysis or management accounting.
