About the role
UPS is hiring an Account Executive who develops and manages a portfolio of assigned B2B clients within a specific geographical area. The role covers prospecting, client analysis, bidding, retention and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Search for and develop potential clients to meet monthly sales targets.
- Contact prospects by telephone or email to gather initial information and set appointments.
- Analyze customer needs and present UPS services.
- Prepare bids.
- Focus on retaining and penetrating active clients in the portfolio.
- Maintain, resolve problems and manage the client portfolio.
- Monitor sales through reports and internal systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (required).
- Ability to meet local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
- Willingness to travel.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Required skills
- Communication skills.
- Microsoft Office skills.
