Job description

职位概况

我们正在寻找能够兼顾业务与技术、将 AI 真正落地为产品的全栈工程师，负责从方案设计到系统交付的全流程工作。

主要职责

参与 AI 产品与 SaaS 平台的需求分析、系统架构设计。
负责后端业务逻辑、API、数据模型及 AI 调用的开发与维护。
实现前端核心页面、管理后台及数据可视化交互。
协同 AI、算法、产品、业务团队，高频沟通将需求转化为技术实现。
推动技术选型、模块拆分，逐步承担核心模块 Tech Owner 角色。
深度使用 LLM、Agent 等 AI 工具提升研发效率。

任职要求

3 年以上全栈或偏后端开发实战经验，熟悉生产环境项目。
精通至少一种后端语言（Python、Node.js、Java、Go）。
熟悉常见数据库及服务架构，具备 API 设计与实现经验。
具备强烈的 ownership 与结果导向，能在不确定环境中稳步推进。
对 AI 技术高度敏感，有相关实践或使用经验者优先。
良好的沟通表达能力，能与非技术角色有效协作。

必备技能

Python / Node.js / Java / Go 任意一门。
数据库（如 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等）使用经验。
API 开发与服务编排。
前端开发（页面、后台、可视化）基础。
AI 调用与 LLM、Agent 等工具使用经验。
