Assistant Concierge

About the role

Join the prestigious Mandarin Oriental The Landmark in Hong Kong as an Assistant Concierge. You will support the Chief Concierge in delivering world‑class service to discerning business and leisure guests, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Concierge in daily operations and smooth workflow of the Concierge department.
• Supervise and coach concierge staff, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Hong Kong events and communicate relevant information to the team.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Coordinate transportation, luggage handling, and other guest requests.
• Keep the Concierge desk information current and ensure exceptional guest recognition at the lobby entrance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concierge or guest‑services operations.
• Fluent spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to achieving maximum guest satisfaction.
