Assistant Manager Corporate Communications

About the role

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a proactive communications professional to join its Corporate Communications team. The role focuses on internal and leadership communications while supporting global programmes, cross‑market collaboration, employee and community initiatives, and crisis‑communication readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal communication channels and content, including newsletters, business updates, employee stories and digital communications.
• Support leadership communications and engagement programmes such as CEO initiatives, the annual Global Town Hall, leadership messages, presentations and briefing materials.
• Plan and deliver communications for global campaigns and strategic corporate initiatives, including safety and employee‑recognition programmes.
• Coordinate regular exchanges between Global and market teams to facilitate information sharing, alignment and best‑practice exchange.
• Develop clear communication materials – plans, key messages, toolkits, presentations and storytelling content.
• Coordinate Global Office volunteering, community and selected employee activities, driving awareness and participation through targeted communications.
• Support crisis and issues communication readiness, creating materials, delivering training, running simulations and providing communications support during incidents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets to ensure communications are timely, relevant and aligned with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations or a related field; broader experience may be considered for a Manager level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex information.
