About the role
The Assistant Vice President, Human Resources (Rewards & Benefits) will lead the design, implementation and governance of the Group’s compensation, incentive and benefits programmes. Reporting to senior HR leadership, the role ensures alignment with the company’s pay philosophy, business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end annual compensation and bonus review cycle, ensuring compliance with the Group’s compensation framework and governance standards.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and related analyses to maintain competitive salary structures.
- Support executive compensation reviews, including remuneration benchmarking, recommendations and Board/Committee submissions.
- Design, implement and administer Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) programmes from scheme design through grant, vesting, reporting and participant communication.
- Advise on executive and employment tax compliance, especially cross‑border arrangements, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
- Develop and maintain reward frameworks, policies and governance processes to ensure consistency, compliance and affordability.
- Provide strategic advice to HR and business leaders on compensation and rewards, delivering market insights and policy guidance.
- Review and enhance employee benefits programmes to ensure market competitiveness.
- Drive rewards process improvements, automation and HR technology solutions such as HRIS compensation modules and Power Platform.
- Lead or support strategic rewards and benefits projects and mentor junior team members.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of compensation and benefits experience, preferably in a regional or multinational organisation.
- Proven experience in compensation management, salary benchmarking, executive remuneration and Long‑Term Incentive programmes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS compensation modules.
- Experience using Microsoft Power Platform for process automation.
