Associate - Cash Equity Operations

About the role

G MASS is looking for a highly motivated Associate to lead governance and oversight for cash equity settlements across APAC markets. You will supervise offshore teams, drive cross‑border collaboration and use data insights to streamline settlement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review daily KRIs, build a framework for analysing post‑trade data and keep management informed.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, regulators, auditors and service providers.
• Partner with offshore teams to establish a supervisory framework that catches risks early.
• Review existing BAU processes, identify gaps and propose efficiency, control and client‑experience improvements.
• Handle asset‑servicing tasks, payments, reconciliations and bank reconciliations related to settlements.

Required profile

• 5+ years in financial services, preferably sell‑side or custody operations.
• Hands‑on experience in asset servicing and cash equities markets.
• Proactive, collaborative and adaptable under pressure.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese with strong attention to detail.
• Professional qualifications welcomed but not required.
