Brand Partnerships Specialist (Fresh Grad Welcome)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Brand Partnerships Specialist to drive strategic enterprise partnerships across Hong Kong and the broader Asian market. You will work directly with C‑level founders, lead B2B sales development, pitch creative campaigns, and manage key client relationships in the beauty and lifestyle sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure, including pitch presentations and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with C‑level executives to refine go‑to‑market strategy, pricing, and expansion initiatives.
• Develop custom pitch decks, campaign proposals, and partnership concepts by combining sales strategy with creative content insights.
• Identify, target, and acquire B2B brand partners, focusing on skincare, cosmetics, and personal‑care brands.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with brand marketing leads, agency directors, and corporate decision‑makers.
• Track market trends, digital advertising shifts, and beauty‑tech innovations to uncover new commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in B2B sales, client partnerships, account management, or agency environments (fresh graduates welcome).
• High autonomy, strong self‑drive, and confidence to pitch ideas independently.
• Passion for or strong familiarity with the global beauty, personal care, and lifestyle consumer markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
